Studio Rental Agreement

Studio 25 Rental Agreement:

1. Rental Cost:

The total rental cost must be paid in full by the time of booking or as agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional hours may be added on as long as they are within the studio’s operating hours and the studio is not booked for the following hours. Payments on-site can be made via debit card, tap-to-pay, or through the site on your personal device.

2. Studio Rental Time and Overtime Fees:

-The Client acknowledges that the studio rental time includes both setup and cleanup time. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all setup, breakdown, and cleaning are completed within the reserved time slot. The Client may not enter the premises before their scheduled start time and must vacate the studio promptly at the end of their reserved time slot to ensure consideration for staff and other scheduled sessions.

-If the Client requires additional time, they may request to add hours during the booking if the studio is available. Additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate of $55 per hour.

-The Client agrees to vacate the studio promptly at the end of their reserved time. If the Client is still in the studio 5 minutes after their scheduled booking time has ended, they will need to pay for an additional hour at the hourly rate of $55.

3. Equipment Liability:

The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment or studio property during the rental period. The Client agrees to pay the full replacement or repair cost for any equipment or property damaged, lost, or stolen during their use of the studio.

4. Studio Rules and Guidelines:

- Studio must be left in the condition it was found.

- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the studio.

- No pets are allowed in the studio space.

- Any large equipment or props you may bring must be approved by the studio owner prior to the session.

- No more than 10 people are allowed in the studio at a time unless otherwise approved by Studio Owner.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

- Cancellations made 5 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made within 5 days of the booking date are non-refundable. You may reschedule the booking for another day. Please email contact@studio25atl.com to reschedule

6. Indemnity:

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Studio 25 and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Client's use of the studio and equipment, including any third-party claims.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.

You may receive a copy of this agreement personalized to you via email upon your studio rental to sign and keep for your and our records.
